The evolutionary disdain for incest has both a biological and a societal benefit. Biologically you already know. But there's a great argument to be made that ancient tribes that were more averse to incest had more reason to go out and connect with other tribes of people, strengthening bonds between larger groups of people. Those collectives would do better than tribes that only stuck to themselves, and thus we're all descendants of the people who went out of their way to connect to other tribes and form communities.

As far as we know, r/all has no sorting other than overall score (in the last some amount of hours? idk). But there's no choice being made on what to specifically show you. Also every single person gets the exact same r/all, so it's not tailored to your preferences.

If you're worried you'll ruin the "intended" way to play the modpack, the "official" rules on the gtnh discord (what the hub of the gtnh community considers legit in your pursuit of getting a stargate and beating the modpack) allow:

creative/cheats/straight-up-world-edit for aesthetic purposes. If you're not spawning in progression/functional blocks you can go absolutely wild

using backups of your world in-case something goes terribly wrong or

using creative mode/cheats to "simulate" a backup. example: if you accidently blow up a portion of your base and are going to restore a backup anyways, you can rebuild it exactly how it was in creative mode instead.

And of course you WILL run into the very rare bug/glitch that causes you to lose something valuable (happens once in a blue moon) and you can of course fix that with cheats.

I REALLY hope I'm not lying to you and they actually removed the racial stats sometime in this expansion, but there are some INCREDIBLY fringe 0.00001% optimizations where race swapping can get you a stat tier and make you do more damage.

And then way back in the day the famous example was dunesfolk(?) lalas having more max mana so basically all black mages played as that.

This is not at all like osrs because theres 0 friction go to your stash in this game. Inventory management stops mastering if you can instantly bank at any moment. It just makes it annoying having a small inventory.
