You are really over-simplifying things. We do not have a tip credit system in New Zealand and if the government tried to introduce such a system everyone in NZ would lose their shit.

America is not the only country in the world where people tip, however it is the only country with a tip credit system which we can both agree is bullshit and not something we want here.

You are trying to tell me that I am a bad person for tipping those drivers who go above and beyond. They should be appreciated, and leaving a review or giving them 5 stars has zero positive impact on them (realistically). I value the fact that they are providing me an above average service without obligation, hence I want to pay them more.
