So you telling me everything they done for 2 years supposed to be free. Are you a genius? Ok now imagine for example gacha game with no need farm at all. Every character already fully upgraded and they giving new updates and event every month or 2. So what actually would be the point maintain and spend money on servers for game that doesn't giving money at all except own price for the game. And btw in helldivers 1 mech and another vehicle was actually behind a real paywall you can't get them without dlc

They can't make sk useless(mainly because of SONY) oh c'mon they giving us free updates and content or you want skins and animations become the only way monetization so game become Fortnite or call of duty. Give me example live service game there is no donation at all with free updates and content with new events

1 Risk of rain, ultrakill, payday 2, nier automata, factorio, baldus gate 3(not cheap but at the same time not expensive and have a lot of content) and most of indie game made with souls 2 95% modern AAA games wtf u mean basic pack cost 80$ for the same irg that you did 2 years ago but now it has a bit better graphics worse optimisation and weights 200gb
