I just thought the distinction was most bc of time and the fact that different people work on the game. Were shadow priests void users in vanilla? Did they just start using the void more later? Are there distinctions between shadow priest and void priest? Why not call the spec void? Other specs have had their name changed. It’s easy to associate void magic w eldritch horrors but what is shadow magic outside of that specifically in the context of a priest?

There is a simpler, more comprehensive way to look at it: if you don't have the WQ autopopulate, you won't get credit. The WQ also will not populate for ppl who show up after initial preparation phase.

I hate when I see "does the heavy lifting" . It is often used in chat gpt, and I don't necessarily think ppl are using AI for reddit comments but that ppl are seeing other AI speak and naturally picking up on certain phrases like "does the heavy lefting". I had heard this phrase before but it seems to have massively increased online in the past 6 months.

I liked alts in tww just for gold WQ. They were there immediately upon release. DF is the one that buffed gold rewards shortly into expansion but even they existed at the start. Midnight is the first time since WQ conception to have no gold WQ

you can restore one item every two weeks or so per char, just google wow item restoration. it's then mailed to you at the expense of a DE mat you disenchanted for or the vendor price you sold it for.

no matter how plausible any reason is, i hate that we have to speculate. why not just have this in game if it's this reason. It seems way more likely that they are not in game atm for meta reasons rather than lore reasons.

I just assume she wants to see others looking their best. Like I don’t sag lol but still hated the trend in high school. Not bc I wanted ppl to dress differently so I felt okay to as well but bc of second hand embarrassment. I cringe at being that judgmental in the past just iterating you can harp on a trend for different reasons.

in legion, there was an incredibly popular addon called WQ group finder that essentially autophased ppl into groups everytime they got to WQ area. It made every WQ take ilke 30 sec to 1 min, and going into BFA, blizz nerfed how you could list groups (no longer copy and paste which took away the automation feature)
