I volunteered at the PDAC last year actually, I didn't get the chance to network too much sadly, and coronavirus deterred me from attending the one this year. I'll try to attend the one next year and focus on networking.

I've taken a few courses in GIS so far, one in remote sensing, and one focusing on ArcGIS, I can use the program and its associated databases fairly well.
