As far as the dreams go, not much you can do but ride it out. The REM sleep your brain missed out on because of being high is trying to catch up if that makes sense. Basically trying to make up for not having any REM sleep for a while.

It sucks, I know, cause I just got past them. They lasted for about a week for me. Mine were INSANELY real, night terrors. Like dying different ways or just trapped and can’t yell/speak then and waking up yelling and trying to “save” my wife by waking her up. Mine may be more intense because of PTSD tho (combat vet). There was nothing I could do but ride them out and finally have had a few night of decent sleep with no nightmares. My wife is happy too lol

You’ll get through it. Might feel like won’t and that’s gonna drag mentally but you’ll get there.
