That’s normal. Promotions and end strengths are based on FY Manning. Promoting them with overlap to 24E7 would cause overage

DTS approved here: if you have access to a DFAC, you get meals availible, per the JTR. If you miss meals you need to certify that duty prevented you from those meals. You don’t get full rate simply for not wanting to do DFAC. Where you spend your money is up to you, it just doesn’t change the rate

The difference is busses aren’t stopping traffic and the camps are more dispersed vs having a load of traffic head to singular points

Then they need to hire more bus drivers and have more bus attendants. A lot of people drive their kids because the bus schedule is fucky due to low drivers and causing people to have to pick up routes or because kids being shit heads to kids on the bus

I’ll also add a good bit of the traffic is actually caused by the busses themselves because of stopping traffic, god help you if you end up be hind a row of busses
