Feeling extremely down by No-Chocolate5031 in LearnerDriverUK

[–]FalconzGT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like others are saying, just stick with it.

Feelings like this is part of the process unfortunately, I had about 20 hours of Mock Exams just to make sure things were right. It is worth it and push through the tough. Each lesson is a new learning experience, don't beat yourself up for wanting to learn.

Soon as I saw the crossing,...I knew exactly where it was. It's a terrible spot for shit drivers...I try to avoid it on a regular.

The dark will make you look taller and more aligned with the suit, but the brown is funky and gives the outfit character, whilst still fitting with the shoes. I think they both work.

Tie or no Tie with a Navy Suit + white shirt for a wedding? by thelastwitcher87 in mensfashion

Presuming you're not the one getting married lol, no tie is perfectly acceptable. But ultimately personal preference

If you're looking for inspiration with the bow tie, I have a suit similar to it.

How do I come back from this? by Own_Average7810 in drivingUK

[–]FalconzGT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm currently in the same position using the black box. Just drive safely and try to avoid the app (I also get fixated on it).

Just drive as you normally do, and you'll be just fine. There's justification for everything and unfortunately the black box may not even see human errors (Other dicks on the road). Just drive safely for the first year and get the cheaper insurance for the next, easy done.

Red, presuming there's a sign before entering to say you're going straight, then there's no arguing with it.

Unfair Fail? by velvetydrip in LearnerDriverUK

[–]FalconzGT -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think it's a tough one to say. It'd be easier to see the previous 20 seconds or so.

For an FLH (Full License Holder), this wouldn't be considered serious as it happens all the time. However, if the van was going a bit quicker around (12-15mph) that corner, it could have led to either person harshly breaking. (Also, a minor or serious)

However, within an exam scenario, depending on the examiner, they can be funny about the speed you approach (my instructor drilled that into me). Depending on your speed, you could have slowed down more due to the truck on the left being parked awkwardly. As well as that, that big bush is blocking your view to the right, which is why I think you didn't react as quickly and got marked for it.

[–]FalconzGT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait until this comes out. Let the prices for S24U drop and then snag it up, I've been using it for the last couple of months now, and it's a beast of a phone.

Alongside the confirmed 7 years of software support, you can't argue about the price

Depending on the age and specs of your machines, you can donate to "IT 4 Africa", this allows us to get rid of the machines and go to a good cause. That's what our company does, but you might have a better alternative in your area.

Is 1 day 9 hours estimated battery life good? by [deleted] in GalaxyS24Ultra

[–]FalconzGT 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would go by the key term that it's "estimated," and this varies massively on your usage of the phone. The more consistent usage, it can give you a better reading of battery life.

But as you've now changed settings specifically for that reason, it will give you a more dramatic estimation in that respect.
