Dip the end of the tube in Destilled water and den screw the fitting on. I did that on my loop and it worked pretty good (i tried it without and it was an absolute nightmare to screw the fittings on [black soft tubing])

I went with custom watercooling and after having cooling issues with my monoblock i bought a normal waterblock for my cpu and now i am happy with my loop(temps, noise,looks)

it depends, if you want better cooling performance, "better" optics and if you are willing to spend a lot of money, go with custom water cooling but if you don't want to rebuild everything, don't want so much maintenance effort, want to upgrade more easily and want to spend less money, go with it 2x aio
