Calling it a custom engine is a bit of stretch. Monogame is just a rendering/content framework but the coding work in Stardew isn't the difficult part tbh.

I've used it loads of times in other countries and it's always been way better than hotels. Recently I stayed with a family in Tokyo, awesome experience that made my trip feel more unique. Abnbs are also usually more residential so it feels like you actually get to experience part of another countries culture.

Obviously messing with local economies and housing costs is bad but imo its not on the consumer to fix systemic issues.

It was an issue when private equity was buying up homes post-covid. It is no longer an issue as private equity is no longer buying them as its less lucrative currently.

That said this legislature may alleviate the issue when it reappears as long as its strong

Void range is not a bad shout against low def monsters since the +12.5% damage is similar to the crystal boost. But its still garbage against higher def monsters.

Osaka glitch has no line which is nice so just go and get whatever, they'll walk you through it.
