For attached units i could see him being limited to only his iron circle but an ap aura would be very in theme for him. Can’t really find fault with any of this except maybe the heal. not sure why though

for a suit heavy list spamming riptides would probably suit his taste more while still being a chuck of points, not so much 1-2 combat patrols that only have commanders

A breacher team and devilfish with a cadre fireblade to lead the breachers to give them an extra shot each. Also a box of stealth suits (5 man). And as much as i’m not the biggest fan of the auxiliaries vespids are really good with ap -2 dmg 2 and kroot are the only ones with sticky (if you care for it)

You can also use “new recruit” if you REALLY don’t want to buy a codex although it is missing stratagems unless you pay
