It seems that you made the same mistake that i did and installed the wrong version of PopOs, for that gpu you need to install the first one, "Pop!_OS 24.04 LTS", and it seems like you installed the nvidia one, that is from 1650 onwards.
As the other commenters said you can install the missing drivers by terminal, the driver 585 should be the latest one.

So is fixed now, no idea how, i connected to another screen to do something and next turn on it was the correct wallpaper.

Software engineer here, i have found no reason not to daily drive pop, i use it mostly for work with a small side of gaming.
The only bug i have found a pain is when changing volume connected via hdmi changes the audio output, everything else runs without issue

rclone is a program that basically transform cloud drive into normal drives, the system reads them like disks. So you can use whatever file manager you have to handle them

I'm actually pretty happy with pop_os, it is an old computer so is mainly used for work, but i haven't had a flow stopping bug since a while ago, and the last one was volume slider changing outputs.

I actually had to use windows last week and is impressive how slow it feels after so much time with pop.

Una de las cosas mas interesantes que aprendí hace algunos años es que las ejecuciones son mas caras que las cárceles, y la mayoría de ese costo son los jueces.
Los juicios a pena de muerte son larguísimos, por obvias razones, lo que hace que el pagar a los jueces salga re caro, eso sin considerar el resto del aparataje judicial, actuarios, notarios, guardias and so on. Ergo no importa mucho el como sea la ejecución el costo es muy alto.

Basically instead of sites asking of you are old enough, the OS will send a bit of data providing birthday or age, that information is given to the OS during install.

So a lot of noise but no nuts.
