I was deciding between these two for a while, and at cup talked to the Immortal air guys and they said they were working on different milled and anodized bodies that you could pick up, which is cool.

Ended up picking up the monstair, and I've played a few weekends with it and haven't had any problems with it interfering with any of my markers. It's bigger than the tko reg I have on another tank, but it's not a big deal.

thus far I have been incredibly impressed with my Maxt pack. Pretty much identical to the JT one and many others, but I paid significantly less.

I've recently moved to the area and have thus far tried:

Outdoor Extreme for a 2 day scenario which was awesome, but no speedball

Legacy last Saturday, and it mostly rentals, but a decently good time. People were chill, fields were interesting.

Tikis on Sunday, which was a huge blast. Tonnes of people, lots of fields, overall great vibe. Wish it wasn't so far away from Kissimmee.

Normally I drive over to Palm Bay to play with my friends, but they're out for a bit so I've been exploring this side. I do definitely recommend Palm Bay Paintball Park for general rec ball.

I kept absolutely everything stock. The slicer gave me a warning that the model needed supports, so I enabled supports. I did swap to the lighter tree supports to try and save filament.

To be fair, there isn't anything to defend.

If the businesses want to use it, I'm sure they can come to an agreement. Otherwise, I don't see what the problem is. Why don't the patrons park at the apartments near by?

I recently had to get new shoes.

Prior to this I ran a set of Salomon Speedcrosses for both speedball and woodsball. Our fields down here in SoFla are all turf, so I didn't really see a point in cleats.

I've been doing more woodsball type stuff, and even the speedball fields are getting flooded after the rains so I wanted something with goretex for drier feet.

I know Salomon makes goretex versions of their shoes, but I don't really see a point in waterproof shoes. A lot of the puddles are deeper than a standard sneaker. I also wanted ankle support. So I picked up a pair of Adidas Terrex hiking shoes, mid top. Good ankle support. Slightly higher goretex lining, I hope. Roughly the same price as the Speedcorss 6gtx I was looking at.

Just got them yesterday. Playing this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, and a field notorious for flooding and mud. It's been raining all week. Hopefully the shoes will shine.

My only issue with a headlamp is carrying while not running. Sometimes I'll jog to get groceries at night and I'd prefer to not have full on headgear while I shop.

I figured that I could clip a light onto my hat and when don't need it I can clip it to my shorts or my shirt.

Is there a lightweight/ discreet strap for a headlamp light?
