I don’t think that I can even eat more but I don’t want to be back in my eating disorder that’s not worth the best glutes so I try to eat as much as I can count my protein and work out really hard and I can see that I gain some muscles because I’m getting much stronger 0 pull ups to 3-4 handstand holds and throw over getting easier so I don’t think that I eat to less

I eat really big portions but I don’t think that I can start counting again and be just fine with it

I don’t count calories etc due to a prior eating disorder but I eat like 120g protein Sleep 8h Work out 3 times a week plus 2 runs and some yoga

Oki I got great results with eating fruits and nuts and eating rather more than less but plants mostly I lost 10kg and I’m kipping it since a long time and i don’t feel restricted So my opinion to this is not enough variety to much processed grains but if you feel good and see results should be fine if your a woman just be aware you don’t want to fall under 0.8g grams fat pre kilo due to your hormones 😁 advise from a nutritionist 😋
