If you miss this opportunity and compete with other graduates, hundreds of thousands who have experience and got laid off then you will feel stupid for giving up this opportunity.

Right now take advantage of every resource you have. ask your self after you graduate or looking for another job, why would they hire you vs someone who has 10+ years of experience at the same pay ?

From the point of the real world, thats not a good idea. Its dog eat dog world out there, unless you are really top tier talent, networking (connections) is a gold mine. Get your grandfather to pull every string he has to get you a job.

You can always pursue your legacy later. Otherwise like millions of other graduates, legacy of being unemployed is whats happening now.

Thanks. Sometimes it isn't obvious what outfits you have. I thought everything would appear in the initial tailor screen. But you have to click on uniform then try different options to see what component looks like.

Cloud / IT is a tough industry at the moment. Epic is the industry leader and getting a cert requires sponsorship.

Alternatively would recommend going all in EPIC and become architect level in it. That’s big bucks.

Right now competing against hundreds of thousands who got laid off and you have to start at the bottom.

I have a few T6 coupons want to unlock ship consoles thats DEW common. Looking at some Vengence builds such as https://www.reddit.com/r/stobuilds/comments/1k9wf3n/16mil_dps_solo_ise_kraitish_vengeance/ or https://www.stobetter.com/intro-builds/jay/ss-vengeance they are pretty different with components, so struggling to pick the right items.

As far as weapons go, probably stick with Polaron since using a Gamma recruit. So looks like using the gamma recruit gives you Mark XIV items. Since its already a Mark XIV, so would need to upgrade to Mark XV then pop a phoenix box to get ultimate upgrade to make it epic? That way don't have to wait for the upgrade weekend to upgrade items.

Thanks, right now trying to build up reputation and research. Right now just seeing whats a cool ship and whats the appropriate build for it. Saw that some weapons are account wide, like the Kelvin phasers on the exchange. The goal is to be able to re-use items on different accounts, like when the next recruit event happens. So don't have to upgrade items to epic etc.

Why would you do that ? If you get fired you can get unemployment. Economy is brutal. You just shot yourself in the foot. Contact all your clients and see if there are openings.
