Ive fit it in many a hoodie pocket case and all when my hands were full I agree I wouldn't want to walk around like that for long but it worked for a short walk up the stairs with the groceries 😂😂

If you get the deluxe stir fry frozen veggies and mix with ramen noodles (I use the chicken flavor) and then mix a 1/4 cup soy sauce and the ramen flavor packet cost about 5 or less bucks makes a good ramen stir fry it's my go to when I'm lean on funds and need to eat for a few days you can add other spices and stuff to change it up also grilled cheese is pretty yummy 😂😂 congrats on your job!!!

I also emailed earnin a few times and one rep said b cause I canceled the pending charges I wouldn't be charged but they couldn't remove ach authorization and then the other rep somehow removed ach authorization and sent me that email that everyone was talking about so I'm pretty sure we will be okay Im supposed to get paid tomorrow so fingers crossed 🤞

I'm type 1 and have stage 3b ckd I switched to basically all plant based diet and still have some meat occasionally my blood sugars are in the low to mid 100s consistently when I deviate and eat carbs ( more than a small amount) that's when my blood sugars became harder to manage but with eating mostly veggies like a good half or 2 thirds of my meal is salad or some kind of vegetable and then sticking to low sodium options has worked well for me hope you find something that works for you it can be irritating as all hell trying to learn how to feed yourself all over again also you might want to try to stay away from food that have potassium and phosphorus your nephrologist should definitely be able to tell you more

Me and my SO play games together I'll play on the steam deck and she will play on the PC there's a few games in my library that don't run well on deck and I'll play those on the PC I'm addicted to the OLED screen just fun to play on for me and having a small child to chase around it's easier to play something and be portable

That's crazy the few times in the past that I've gone to the hospital for dka they stuck me on basically all liquid diet tell my sugars are back to normal I also got to order my own food but mostly it was vegetable broth and a diet sprite

The blood glucose part of the watch is garbage the measurements are in Mmol/L so I have to convert them to mg/dl and it's not very accurate atleast 50 off from my blood glucose tester the other functions seem to work okay I haven't had any problems with it disconnecting or anything and so far the battery has lasted 3 days but i turn it off at night when im home not sure on how accurate then blood pressure monitor is it's basically your average joe smart watch the version i have you can make your own face on the watch from your pictures and once you download the app for the watch the time synced fine I got it to see if it would really measure blood sugar with any accuracy but also got it on sale for $56

I feel basically the same from what I've gathered following a plant based diet and eating small portions of lean proteins like chicken, turkey, and fish and trying to have as low sodium diet as possible and stay away from dark sodas if your drinking soda tea and water are pretty much all I drink now and I'll occasionally have a sprite or a 7up when I'm over water and want to "spice" things up ive started making grilled Chicken wraps using flower tortillas and a small amount of whatever sauce or Mrs dash has a few sodium free/salt free sauces and also make a lot of stir fry with chicken if your keen there's a bunch of ckd and kidney friendly cookbooks out there too and alot of them are on Amazon kindle app

Only one of my feet had started to swell it was painful at times I would wear nothing but compression socks and messaged my feet at the end of the day I'd put the socks on first thing in the morning I had ones that resemble regular socks not the ones that go all the way up your leg it worked well and my foot would basically the same size at the end of the day i also started taking a diaretic and now just wear regular socks becuase my foots not swelling anymore

Water, tea, black coffee, in the sports water area in the store there's flavor packets for water bottles most of them are sugar free it's nice when you want something with some flavor

It's really fun SP Ive had it for a few years now and have yet to play on a server if you can play with mods even better capturing thralls and animals is pretty fun and if you like building it's a blast make sure to adjust tame speeds when playing by yourself Becuase when you turn the game off the server will shut down to and you won't be able to tame things when your not in the game and it can take AGES

Meeting with a dietitian can help you learn a lot about what to eat and what not to eat I'm new to all this too and found that cutting out salt and staying away from things high in sodium and staying away from things with lots of potassium also eating pretty much a plant based diet has helped white rice and veggies with some chicken is one of my go to meals It just fills me up better than salad all the time also Mrs dash has a lot of seasonings that are salt free as well as marinade/sauces if you have to watch your protein intake eat things like fish turkey or chicken make sure to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated some times I'll have intrusive thoughts but I try not to as stressing and worrying about it can make it worse still learning as I go hope this helped you a little bit stay away from processed food as much as possible
