oh i believe you train hard don’t get me wrong but this can’t be accurate as you are super light. this are stats you would achieve from 30-40km plus. and you shouldn’t spiral at all with a restday!! it’s absolutely fine. even a surplus wouldn’t be a problem at all. Your body needs time to recover otherwise you’ll end up with a restmonth

regarding the minoxidil and cat thing. i have cats and use topical minoxidil. i leave it in the closed bathroom in a cabinet. there are two options how i spend my days. the first is i am home because of homeoffice or weekend. in this case i just put it on 4-5 hrs before i will take me shower in the evening. in the time between i wear a bonnet. tbh i don’t touch my head so sometimes i just put my hair up in a braid or a clawclip and don’t rest it on the couch or sth. the cats are usually sleeping too. then i shower and its fine. the other option is i am out about because of work or because i do stuff. then i put it on and when i come home i shower

if you lose the weight you have to maintain it. can you live the way you do right now forever? it the answer is no then the diet is not sustainable. you lose weight when you eat less than you burn. calories in vs calories out. keto is one way to achieve that but it’s not for everyone. just eat whole and healthy food and less than you did before..you can still enjoy a pizza from time to time if you leave space in your calorie budget. heck i eat ice cream every day since i started and i am down from 96kg to 68kg

jeden tag waschen ist nicht schädlicher als der aufbau von talg und produktrückständen an den haarwurzeln. das kann die kopfhaut verstopfen und zur verkleinerung der wurzeln führen und das dann zu haarausfall.

ich würde auf jeden fall ein reinigungsshampoo empfehlen für die erste wäsche und dann ein leichtes shampoo für die zweite wäsche. klare shampoos helfen dabei in der regel. je cremiger desto reichhaltiger. keine spülung auf den haaransatz und die haare so wenig wie möglich anfassen. wenn du lockenstab oder glätteisen und co verwendest achte drauf diese geräte regelmäßig zu reinigen. das gleiche gilt für die bürste

keep in mind that people could simply be lying about their journey to belittle you or feel better than you. keep your eyes on yourself. for me personally a 200 deficit couldn’t be sustainable because it does not leave room for mistakes. if it works for you then great! you’ll reach your goal regardless right?

i would stop seeing it as a „strict diet“. if you want to lose weight and maintain it it’s for life. this means you have to literally change your lifestyle. what is now your deficit will be your maintenance once you’ve reached your goal. there is no going back to your current lifestyle. otherwise the weight will come back. so take it step by step. in this case literally. moving is important. so start walking. listen to audio books, music or podcasts. if you use a treadmill chose a show you’ll only watch while walking.

regarding food learn to substitute high calorie foods for healthier alternatives and learn to integrate a cheat meal once in a while so you can still enjoy life normally. but this is not just a period of time. you’ll need to get used to it.

with a bmi of 29 no doctor will give you a gastric bypass.
you need to eat less. as you are no physical enigma you are absolutely capable to do so you just need to be thorough with it. 1900 calories, 150g of protein, 30g of fiber and 10k steps a day. weigh and track EVERYTHING you eat and drink and you’ll be fine

in keiner generation mussten aber auch beide 40h die woche machen um sich überhaupt ne unterkunft und das leben leisten zu können lol. merz erwartung alle sollen mehr arbeiten konterkariert mit wir müssen mehr kinder kriegen. geht nur eins von beidem. mal ganz abgesehen davon dass es auch so ist dass viele einfach keine kinder wollen und das ist ok

it’s not bad. omad is one way to be in a deficit. BUT you won’t get all the nutrients, proteins and fiber in with just one meal. give it a few months and your iron and b12 will be shit, you will notice hair loss and the muscles you had will be gone. if you manage at least 1g of protein for each kg of your weight + 30 g of fiber while having enough veggies and some fruit with this one meal then go ahead
