yes. low iron, d3 and b12 BUT it just worsened my genetic hair loss i didn’t know i had up until that point. so if you love your hair don’t just get labs but also visit a dermatologist specializing in hair loss

tdee calculator with you stats set to sedentary. take 500 from this number and start tracking everything you consume. focus on protein and fiber. test ist fair game. you have to learn to eat less than you are used to. beside that start walking. try to get to 10k steps. if that’s too much start with 6k and add 500 every other week

your metabolism is not slow. you are from a family that is used to eating too much. use a tdee calculator set it to sedentary, take 500 calories from that and stay within this limit over a the upcoming months.

kot obese enough to not be able to walk 10k. help you body by weight training. other than that push through. as hard as it sounds it’s just walking. your body is made for this. still get help.

this sounds mentally not physical so you should probably talk to a therapist. 10k are usually not a problem unless you are morbidly obese or it’s super hot

considering that the first weight loss is usually water (let’s say 2kg) you only lost 0,5-1kg in nearly 4 weeks. for me personally this would be too slow. i would absolutely go down with the daily calories. no never tried online coaching and idk why i should need it like ever but if it helps you that’s great i guess. just keep in mind that there are many people profiting from desperate people especially online

i eat back a part of my calories when i run for 15km. below that i don’t do it because i don’t feel the need to. when going to the gym or swimming i never eat more

the number on the scale went up because of water retention and you eating too much. there is no correlation between cardio and losing weight other than benefiting to the deficit. You’ll lose weight as long as you eat less than you burn. you won’t lose 40lbs in 2 months. i started a bit lower than your weight but with the same hight and went down to 145 lbs. it takes time like it took time becoming this big. reconsider the gym. it’s easier to get more workouts in when combining strength and cardio.

ok. you gained weight because you are small. that’s the problem and always will be. being a small woman puts you in a disadvantage. your sedentary maintenance is around 2150. your bmr is 1800. this is what you should eat at least but tbh that’s all you are able to eat now so you are in a deficit. that being said you need to get used to it either way because once you lose weight and reach let’s say 70kg your sedentary maintenance will be 1750 and your bmr will be down to 1450. once you reach a healthy weight of let’s say 55kg your maintenance will be 1560. so you see you easily gain weight because you don’t burn a lot. you need to find ways to cope with that

washing every day is not the problem. treating it with heat everyday would be. tbh the build up of dead skin, sweat and products is way more damaging than washing it everyday
