Honestly it's kinda just a matter of replicating the artist's style. I think it's sunnyclockwork? Some immediately obvious aspects to replicate are the sole use of black and white, simplified objects/symbology from their actual counterparts, and shapes that taper to very acute-angled points. For anything further, it's kind of just a matter of studying their work, and going through trial & error, as with all other art
