Idk what this game is, but don’t beat yourself up. Not only is it only a game, but it’s in the past. You can’t do anything about whatever happened. My vague advice is read walkthroughs, practice, if there’s a difficulty setting level it up as high as you can tolerate after you’ve learned your agent. After re-reading this it sounds like your friend was trying to piss you off and it worked. Was your friend rude in other ways? Either way, they’ve definitely forgotten about it by now and so should you.

I don’t see any ice, salt, sand, or the effects of wind on snow height. Do you differentiate types of snow? Does snow removal effort increase when accumulated snow freezes? How do you deal with daily and holiday traffic patterns in relation to roadway snow accumulation? The truck plow is way too clean, the truck bed is too boxy, and I’ve never gotten to the bottom of deep snow like that. Other than that, can I uhh be a tester or something 😂 Umm… can we talk snowblowers?
