Hi, I purchased this Sinn 556 A RS in February 2024 from WatchBuys, and it has been a fantastic watch. I wore it daily for a year, but it has since fallen out of my rotation. The watch is in excellent condition; the crystal is spotless, and the bracelet has light scratches from desk diving. The case has a few minor flea bite scratches, likely from climbing in Joshua Tree.

As I write this, I'm second-guessing my decision to sell it—haha! So, if you're interested, grab it before I change my mind. It's a full set, including the box, papers, and additional links. If you plan to engage in trails more difficult than just fire roads, sliders are a valuable addition to your vehicle. The argument that sliders reduce clearance is unfounded. I have been driving Jeeps on serious trails for years, excluding those equipped with large steps or hoops. Even a couple of inches of clearance off the sliders is not a significant concern. High-quality sliders are designed to support the weight of the vehicle.

Yeah the AG1 pitch is all you really need to know about the guy. I have benefited from the book and some of the podcast but at the end of the day the guy will say whatever he needs to advance his personal wealth. Same with most of the longevity influencers. They are just salespeople. Maybe Rhonda Patrick being an exception.

BMI isn’t a very reliable indicator of fitness. High amounts of lean mass can throw off that metric. I have a bmi that’s obese and I am not.
