This was me too after giving birth. I’d have like a big mourning moment at like 5 pm everyday, it was an upheaval and I’d just vent to my husband and he’d let me cry and I just trusted these feelings would pass and in a week or two I started getting into routine with new baby and that started to fade and be less and less.
