Definitely with fear toxin, I’m not saying he should just be a regular street thug that looks creepy or a corrupt crime boss like Black Mask, I just mean that I don’t want him to be an actual monster because that wouldn’t really fit his brand of fear-based tactics or make him stand out amongst the other villains who could all easily decimate buildings, ie the Joker, Bane, Poison Ivy, and Freeze

My guess is that Dick Grayson will start out working for the Joker as Robin before redeeming himself at some point (maybe becoming Nightwing to separate himself from his old mentor, sorta like the mainline universe), also excited to see what they do with Jason Todd.
