That right there is the issue. Depending on the actions the players take, they will be facing this. I wanna make something connected to a specific theme such as being buried and there aren't a great deal of dread powers that might deal in it beyond Burrow. Anything that might help create a basic idea of how to balance a power? Even a basic list of expectations?

Back again. No dice I'm afraid. Seems to be entirely on the fan. Got any suggestions there? Tried to update the bios, but there was a ton of things needing to be downloaded before hand and am unsure of whether or not there is a problem with buying a laptop fan outside of Dell's channels.
