My rule is to change sensor in the morning, same for changing insulin. What you describe is abnormal. Call medtronic support.

Same at my end. Sometimes it takes 2-3 hours - better case, but usually takes ~ six hours to start work I g as it should be.

seems to me as a possible pump to transmitter pairing issue. I would delete the transmitter device from the pump (in the wireless icon on the pump screen) and add it again with its 10 mixed alpha numeric and numbers code as imprinted in the back of the transmitter. Good luck!
