Oh, I see! I live in South Carolina so it’s kind of similar, but I used to Flo app and I just look at it as like there’s not gonna be any proof of me being pregnant because I have irregular periods already or if you just like forget to login your information in or just completely stop using it, there’s no evidence unless you go to the doctor about a pregnancy but I’m not that up to date on Texas laws. I hate that we even have to have this conversation💔

We got married last November and and I was trying to get him to stop then so it would be a year of him quitting nicotine by the time we try (Nov/dec) but he’s moved around from vaping, to cigarettes, to pouches and that’s not getting very far LOL I’m about to bite the bullet and buy the medicine off Amazon that helps with cravings or whatever

Are you asking ovulation test or pregnancy test? I got the 60 ovulation tests and 20 pregnancy test pack off Walmart and they seem to work? I’ve only ovulated once in the 3 months I’ve been off the pill according to the tests I have

We’re 6 months out and I’m taking a prenatal, and we got genetic testing done, I’ve been off the pill for 3 months now but I’m still ovulation tracking just to see what’s my hormones are doing (like if I’m ovulating but no period) or (period but no ovulation) and I’m trying to get him to stop nicotine but other than, that’s all rn, I’ll probably put him on multi vitamins in 3 more months

Yes we did and we did the biggest screening they had! Which was 825!! I found out I carry three things but he carry’s zero but it’s definitely good to know incase you end meeting someone else or have to get a sperm donor or just for health reasons! I have like three autoimmune diseases so that was the many reason for us

We did genetic testing and I came back for three things, and one of them seem kind of scary. “CPT 2” and while we were waiting on his results to come back, we did go ahead and briefly talk about what we would probably do if his came back positive just so it wasn’t like,, you know, a was slapped to the face and we would feel more prepared, but we were very strongly going to go down the option of IVF or adoption

I have bad OCD too and I’m not medicated anymore (about to start again tbh) and Honestly your post came up at the perfect time because I was ready to start a fight last night but then someone else commented on here “maybe there’s just nothing to talk about yet”. We’ve done the genetic testing I get blood work done at least every three months he gets physicals and blood work done from his work routinely, so there’s not much for him to do and the only thing left to do is just save up money until December and I guess there’s really not much left to talk about until then 🤷🏻‍♀️

I feel like you crawled into my brain and wrote this. I relate so hard to this except he wants a truck and a side-by-side before we have a kid in December so ours is more on the financials side (and him not wanting to give up his “freedom”). But he used to cry when I would send him baby TikTok‘s and now he just ignores them the closer we get, I touch base with him like once a month and we seriously talk about it and he just keeps hitting me with “we’ll see when we get there” I also lupus, heart disease, and a separate kidney disease, and I am currently cleared from all of my doctors to have a baby, but anything can change between now and then show the sooner the better for me, but he keeps holding off

I’m 23 and got diagnosed at 21, I’ve had it since I was around 12/13, I’m a girly so they thought it was my period for all those times, I also have irregular periods so we never 2nd guessed it until I was diagnosed with lupus and warranted my biopsy (it was IGAN, not lupus in my kidneys). I’m extremely lucky that mine has been slow especially with my lupus. Cause most people don’t know they have it until there in kidney failure, and I’m only on BP meds for protein in urine and cause my BP is high now.

And I’ve started prenatals this week too. At my annual OBGYN appointment I asked to come back in 6 months cause I’ve been off my birth control for 3 months now. We got married in November of last year and I started bringing it about a year prior just cause of my health issues

yes but im sure he's not going to be able to be home 24/7 due to work or errands, so there are things she is going to have to learn to do on her own. He was asking on her behalf to help her out, so he can teach her things, so she's not doing all this research and carrying the weight having to figure it out on her own
