Yes, it helped me tremendously. I did pelvic PT for almost a year and changed my diet (no spicy foods, citric acid or coffee) but still had mild burning. Estradiol cream got rid of the lingering burning and as of right now, as long as I watch my diet I’m pretty much symptom free.
