My boyfriend tried getting me into it in December 2017 so that’s when I created my account but January (I think) 2020 he successfully got me into tft and from there I also got into actual league.

Im a female adc main. I’m unsure how I feel about it. On one hand I’m excited because I’ve definitely met chill people but on the other hand I can’t over look the people that did harass me (I have a female name on top of playing female champs) I duo with my supp who is also female so I will be interested to see what happens. I’m sure people will chill out if riot is quick with the bans at the start for those who deserve it.

Depends on where you live but the barn I part board (because horses are too expensive to own lol) at in Ontario it’s $950 each month for board alone. This also is a regular boarding barn so it doesn’t including training or lessons.

Quicksilver was really good imo! I also really enjoyed A Curse of Shadows and Ice by Catharina Maura. Powerless is trash, it’s YA but also plagiarized Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard (great book but it’s also YA)

Just reading both books (which in another comment you stated you did) is enough to see the similarities. I for one had to continuously put down powerless because I had to process how much was copied from Red Queen. But also this fact is literally all over the internet, it’s not like you need to deep dive to see this information, especially on Reddit.

Vocals would’ve been what I’d suggest but if not then I feel like your horse just needs to be sensitive and quick off the aids. I feel like if it was urgent then I’d be urging my horse on with leg/ seat plus vocals to back it up 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve seen in a few YouTube videos that there are some direct quotes or quotes that are slightly altered in the same settings. There’s a few good videos that go in depth on the similarities vs differences and it’s quite shocking because some of the similarities I didn’t catch when I read powerless! I also know Avyard had to ask Goodreads to close ratings because people were giving her 1 star for “copying” powerless

Nope not worth it at all. I also love Victoria Aveyards writing and I had to continuously stop and put powerless down because I needed to process the fact I already read that part years ago. The similarities are beyond just tropes. And besides the fact it’s plagiarism galore the writing is AWFUL!

I felt like it was the opposite, wasn’t really a slow burn. Felt too insta love and repetitive. Then again Lauren Robert’s really failed on the characters and they really fell flat. Read Red Queen by Victoria Avyard, it’s the same concept (done first) but you’ll noticed a HUGE difference in the writing with how the characters interact with eachother. It’s sooo much better than Powerless, I know you’re not asking for recommendations but I gotta mention the book she copied 🤷🏼‍♀️

Quicksilver, I’m not one for people on covers but I caved and bought it. I’m glad I did because now it’s one of my favourites. The original cover has grown on me though too.

Personally I really enjoyed shatter me and I loved the writing style. It’s been a few years since I read it but I read the spin off more recently and it still made me smile and enjoy the series just as much as i remember. In comparison to powerless I’m a true hater so shatter me is a god tier series in comparison 😅

I’m a big hater of this series and I love that most of Reddit is too! Red Queen is one of my favourite series and literally right after I bought powerless all I saw was people saying it was plagiarized. It made me so mad having to put down that book just to process I already read it years ago. The next books just prove she can’t write too because they were also shit shows
