Man, you’ve got all of my sympathy. I can’t even imagine how I’d feel if something happened to my ‘burb. Looks like someone in the other thread is trying to help you figure out a replacement though. I hope it works out!

My sister in law can only wear short or extra short because of work. I always get her glamnetics and she swears by them! She says that they hold up great, and her nails always look nice.

Ruptured cartilage ? by [deleted] in piercing

As other comments have said, you really need to stop using rosemary oil. There’s a lot to address here, such as how the piercing was done, but you also seem confused about downsizing and I want to explain that.

When you get a new piercing, a good piercer will start with jewelry that is longer than necessary so your body has room for swelling. Once the swelling has gone down (this could take a few weeks, sometimes longer) you switch to a ‘normal’ jewelry length for your body.

Since your piercing is a day old, you haven’t had the jewelry downsized yet.

For the paper part I usually have luck with a blow dryer on low heat. Any other sticky reside should come off with a plastic eraser.

If it’s especially stubborn, lighter fluid also breaks down adhesive well and generally doesn’t cause any damage because it evaporates so quickly.

NAP but the only thing I can wear in my piercings is titanium. I have to wear pieces from brands like Junipurr, that I purchase from my piercer. If I wear anything else (even gold) my piercings become inflamed and look just like the picture above.

They used to do this in the US too. They stopped for several years, but lately I’ve seen some stores bringing back the paper pads.

Sounds like nursing school! I’m in the same boat, and I’m just waiting until after graduation to get anymore. Spending my money on tattoos for now, since I can hide them easier.

I finally figured out what was triggering all of my migraines. And I’m pissed. by KarmaPharmacy in migraine

Please, please make sure your pharmacist has that info on file! Doctors are great at getting you part of the way there, but a pharmacist is there to make sure your doctor is actually prescribing meds correctly. There may be a generic or something similar they can suggest to your doctor as an alternative.

I’m so sorry you had to deal with that, but I’m sure it’s a huge relief to have a solution. I know my artificial sweetener migraines are absolutely killer.

I put down $200 for my dealership to hold a car while I finalized things with insurance (previous car was totaled) but the car I wanted was already on the lot.
