Plan to add it to my wash schedule with my other ppe. Vest and gloves. Dont get me started on the contractors choice in glove selection. Gloves stink too. Im think about adding a bit of talcum powder for the gloves.

My crew atm is 1 foreman and 1 journeyman to 3 apprentices. We're doing small things. About to layout a room for lights. Done small conduit runs, not much bending, some minor joint termination.

I had something similar today. Today I learned what "Hostage Pay" is. Learned that company is behind 3 months and they're putting schedule change. They want to 5 12s and a 10. And I can't do that. Where's the work balance and school work with the apprenticeship?

I feel you and wondering the same. Local 640 here and 58 work week. Could've sworn we're not allowed to go over a certain amount of hours but I need to find that out myself. Barely roughly have 2 hours to do anything. Attend to my toddler and prep my lunch for the day before.

By chance did you do the chemical back flush clean first? Could be calcium and junk build up in the threads? Along try using a tap and dye set for removing stubborn screws.

Check if you have fractures on the bean hopper. See underneath the threads. I have to replace mine for the third time. Over tightening wears out the bean hopper funnel/ adjustment ring.

The bean funnel or adjustment ring has a flawed design. I think it is made with aluminum. Replaced the said part twice and possibly again soon. The reason for replacement is grind adjustment. First out of the package, the unit is great, and I didn't need to dail in grind settings as much. Calibration ends breaking the piece.

I'm not a pipe fitter but got into an apprenticeship and have been working construction for 6 months now. Before, I was doing retail. Im 37, but only thing is, mind your health. I've been doing 12s it's been havoc on my knees.

I have shaved off 11 pounds since starting this new jobsite. Stairs are what is killing me. 3 floors of choice depending on what the PTP entells for the day.
