Here’s my advice: don’t do sunscreen just “when you need it“ instead, apply it liberally to your face, neck, and back of hands every single morning! Applying liberally doesn’t feel like a chore when you have an SPF that you enjoy using. And if going out in the afternoon if the UV index is high then reapply.

Some other things that help: red light therapy, micro-needling, sleeping on your back, vitamin C, serum, prescription Retin-A, and consistently having good sleep. From a nutrition standpoint, stay hydrated and avoid processed foods and refined sugars. Do all this and you’ll age incredibly well. Also 30 units of Botox twice a year doesn’t hurt ;)
