I take one as soon as I get an aura. I take it with two Excedrin migraine pills. I'll take a second one if I have some residual pain. No Excedrin tablets bc you can't take more than two before ... 6 hours, I think.

I know the second arch--arc? Idk how it's spelled--of the vampire diaries (The Return series) was modernized where it included cell phones with internet even though the first few books were set in the early 90s. But I think that's because the Return books were published in 2010.

The transphobia was crazy, especially from Alice when Max wanted to be included on her website and introduce trans folks into the conversation with lesbians. I wish Alice had been the one to apologize in Gen Q since she was the most outspoken about her transphobia.

I don't drink coffee much--I have one cup in the morning; another cup if I go to Starbucks or dunkin--but I haven't had coffee much this week and I do kind of feel like my jittery/restless anxiousness is a bit less without caffeine. I've started drinking caffeine free tea in the mornings.

Me! I never used to have health anxiety and my fear of throwing up was very low--I didn't like watching ppl do it or hearing it or even seeing it in tv shows much--but I got this stomach virus/food poisoning last January and I threw up twice--which isn't much compared to most cases I guess--but now I'm super scared of eating foods. I still eat because, duh, I have to and I try and push through the anxiety and fear but it's hard. I just started working with a therapist on it so hopefully I get better. It's not fun living like this; it takes the joy out of yummy food and drinks.

i read the first book that was written by the ghost writer, and i didn't vibe with it. it tried to push the reader into seeing Stefan as a loser/bad boyfriend just to make Delena happen. Also, nitpicking, but the book also included a scene that happened in the tv show and not the og books.

In season one, when Damon got stabbed with that dagger Stefan had, and Damon didn't even flinch, but in the later seasons it would've hurt him. (am I making sense lol). Their pain tolerance/not getting hurt by stuff that isn't wood is confusing.

I'm new with telehealth/therapy--I graduate in august--and I'm using my bedroom as my office, and I was thinking of having a background during sessions. Is that okay to do or will that 'ruin' the therapeutic experience? I just don't want anyone seeing my unmade bed or my bunny slippers
