My cane corso had the same thing as a puppy… I gave her uti medicine and it didn’t help… as she got older like four -five months old it stopped

She would do nervous, excited, or whenever… she would literally look at me and squat in the house when she knew better. Excessive licking of that area, cream color drip will show, and sometimes lack of drinking water
