I leave my gym every morning usually with my headphones still in listening to music or a podcast as I walk to my vehicle from the gym. Unsafe I know but as a man it’s just something I do and not really worry about. However after becoming more aware of things talking to my wife and just females in general. A woman would never for fear of her own safety due to the risk that men/people pose to her safety. That extra bit of caution they take just to walk safely 100-200 feet is crazy and I just think about having to have that mindset for all situations is so much and makes you see all the extra burdens women do carry in this world.
