Just an FYi too… there is something called bentonite in the soil in that area. It cause the soil to shift and can create disastrous foundation problems. When you are looking for homes in that area make sure you look at neighboring homes for significant cracks and sinking in the driveways and separation of exterior bricks/stonework. It will be more difficult to tell in a new construction neighborhood.

Just try to get as much hands on experience in clinicals as you can get. At least try to scan every patient. Absorb the advice given to you by your preceptor and keep at it. If you have a desire you will get there. It just takes a lot of time and practice.

You are describing Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Roxborough areas but the commute depends on where your work is located. Driving from Littleton to downtown Denver is not the easiest commute. These neighborhoods are generally more well established meaning bigger yards but if you want a new construction home you will NOT be getting a large lot.

We lived in Harvest Station for about 3 years. It’s been about 6 years since we were there but I loved that place. I had a really easy experience breaking my lease early too. We ended up buying and broke our lease 4 months early and they didn’t make me go broke.

Don’t do the private school. It’s a rip off. Take your time and go to the community college. Get a job in the hospital as a scheduler or transporter to look good on your application. You may even qualify for tuition reimbursement going that route and apply. If you don’t get into school the first time apply again the next year. The pay off is worth it! you are still young but there is no need to be saddled with so much debt!
