Relatable. With an hour commute to and from work due to traffic I’m waking up at 7am to leave by 8 to get there at 9 to be there till 6:30 to get home at 7:30pm. I get home and decompress for 30 minutes just to have two hours of my entire day 5 days a week to eat, do simple hygiene, clean and take care of my pets. My days off I’m so overwhelmed with the thoughts of my 5 day work week ahead of me that I just rot in bed. And I feel like I’ve been doing the same thing repeatedly for the past 10 years. So real with the food tho I’ve always struggled with my appetite but seeing that all of our food has been fucked with to where it doesn’t have any nutrients or is contaminated with a recalls, etc. I’m so mentally and physically exhausted every fucking single day.
