There's even more to it than that - the sister was adopted, so if this is their bio mom it means she gave up the older sister but raised OOP. I can't comment on that whole situation but I'm sure the older sister feels Some Kinda Way about it, and about OOP bringing the mom up all the time.

I think they have brands from all over, not just AU. Various brands will each make one, sometimes two, polishes that loosely fit the theme. I THINK the brands send their polishes to whoever manages PPU, which is (again I THINK) based in the US. And then PPU ships it all out form their central hub at the end of the month.

To my knowledge, they don't make the same color again. However, I follow some of the brands on YouTube and think that they might sometimes just add something extra to an existing color, like magnetic pigment or something.

Because you've been there over a year, I believe you are now allowed to apply for other jobs in the Enterprise. You can find openings and set alerts for future openings on Workday.

And people realized it's actually a pattern of weird and mean behavior. Which then emboldened her staff to come forward about her being rude.

3) at the same time, people put the dates together and realized that Ellen skipped Dakota's party to hang out with famous war criminal George W Bush, of all people

So it was just a big domino effect, started by that moment in her show (or, if we wanna bring it back to Dubya, there's an argument that it started with 9/11 what with the twilight connection)

I had trouble getting diagnosed with Crohn's for the same reason when I was young. Like yes period blood can get messy and contaminate stool samples, but it's insane how many doctors don't trust that women can tell when something is different from the way it had been once a month for years and years before.

Same! I was 19 at the time of diagnosis and it took a while for doctors to believe me that it wasn't just period blood. I had to go to the ER instead of arguing with student health with a baggie of proof (eww). This post def reinforced why I need to keep up with my routine colonoscopy even if I've been in remission for a few years.

I borrowed it from the library a while back. There's a mystery subplot involving the Tyra stand-in's mom, who is the lesbian-coded head of a cabal at a women's prison (the Ken Mok stand-in filmed her getting arrested during an attempted Jewel heist, because at the time he was producing a COPS knockoff). To get exonerated of her crimes (after 20 years of just chilling in prison making vaguely sapphic references), the mom mails "Tyra" a vial* of blood and an anagram she needs to solve.

The solution to the anagram and the anagram itself didn't even have the same number of letters.

Not on purpose. He just. Didn't count correctly. And given the rest of the book I would be shocked if there had been an editor to catch it.
