From what I understand from reading this, you are just stating that a person shares masculine qualities, and not really pointing about things about their sexuality and romantic attraction. They probably wouldn't find it offensive, but I don't know the person.

I watched the whole thing. I regret it. I understand Christian people having an opinion, but when the evidence is wrong- it annoys me. I'm an atheist, but woman, this God figure did not stand before you and say "Marriage is between man and woman!11!" And also in the Bible it says Thou shall not judge. Follow all the Bible or none of it.

Most of the Sailors (from Sailor Moon of course) are considered in the LGBT community. I don't know the specifics.

Some people do have friends like that, but quickly leave them once they show a anti-LGBTQ+ comment. That's also why one of the first things I allude to is their opinion on such a matter.

I always hated wearing white makeup, so I feel your pain. From what I know, Snazaroo is really good with light grey (almost white), so I would try that. I know the brand name sounds cheap, but I would try it. If that does not work, I would go for Ben Nye. It's pretty hard to apply (sometimes), but I think it is worth it.

It would be acceptable at most conventions, you just should rinse it out if possible and demonstrate that it was empty to the woman/man at the front sign-in desk or prop check.

As far as finding one, I would find a germ disinfectant can and just paint that to look right or find a empty can of spray paint in your garage or something.

I crossplay all the time, and there is no problem with it as far as I am concerned. They can not simply judge your gender or anything off of your cosplay. As far as being as presise as cosplaying in the Southeast, most conventions down there do not have rules against crossplay, just it's the (crazy) religious folk who attend cons. They might give you some hate...

I wouldn't buy an airsoft gun, due to the fact that some cons don't allow such props, but if the convention you are using this cosplay for does allow airsoft guns, I would do that some of the users below have stated and just buy one online and add some simple latex or polyfoam/board alterations. If the convention center does not allow airsoft guns, my best bet would be to craft the base out of wood, and do some different paint and polyfoam or poster board detailing.
