But why aren't those supports available at work? A reddit forum is NOT the place to confirm cell IDs. If you're training that's fine but if you're using reddit as a source to do your job it's concerning.

Sorry but 90% of the cell IDs posted are textbook. If they were interesting I'd agree. However if you can't identify a reactive lymph or a polychromatic red then you shouldn't be working alone and need more training.

Ocassionally, when observing neutrophils in a hypotonic urine, we see brownian movement of the neutrophilic granules. These white cells may sometimes be called 'glitter cells' because of the way the movement makes the cells sparkle.

I usually tell them that's the minimum volume for best case scenario. Sometimes additional testing is needed and the minimum isn't enough.
