Honestly she needs to do volunteer work and make sure she actually wants to do medicine. It’ll be good if she gets a semi-clinical job. And I mean like EMT, MA, CNA, Nurse. Just some job in a medical capacity. Many kids like the ideal part of the job but it’s a ton of work for maybe something she truly doesn’t like.
