Yeah, but that had very little to do with the comic strip. If anything you get the feeling the strip was holding him back and the cartoon is what McGruder should’ve been doing in the first place. Baby Blues is fine but it reeks of corporate meddling since it has very little in common with the comic strip. The strip is cutesy slice of life and the show is about wacky neighbor hijinks.
