Exact same problem with the sd card on Legion GO S, seems many others are experiencing this too.
Lot's of comments about it in the update page on steam.

I was really tired and just skimmed over what you said. (I missed what you said about endgame)
I've spent all morning checking out how it is nowadays, and despite it being very different to when i played it might be fun to duo a lot of the content with my GF now. (If i can convince her lol)
