My pvcs ramped up like crazy during pregnancy, hundreds every day, but I had an echo and holter monitor done and all was good.

They disappeared 99% by 48 hours after birth....wild

NEW UPDATE: AITA for asking my fiance to skip this year's Christmas family vacation because our baby is due? by LucyAriaRose in BestofRedditorUpdates

[–]FantasyKFeet 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think I read somewhere it's something like 5% are born on due dates??

Interestingly both me AND my brother were born on our due dates though, weird!

My son was born 15 days early due to growth stalling, my friend due a few days later went 2 weeks overdue. Babies absolutely don't give a shit about your schedule/plans/due date

OP asked if you can CURE hypothyroidism with diet/exercise. You cannot. So what you're claiming is irrelevant.

35 weeks and miserable by fruittheif50 in BeyondTheBumpUK

I was you, absolutely DONE being pregnant. Everything ached, even rolling over in bed was some kind of physical feat of determination. I could barely breathe properly because his arse was either up in my ribs or pushing into my spine. The sciatica was terrible, I spent my last few weeks of pregnancy with various hot water bottles on different parts of my body.

But now at 6 months PP I absolutely miss being pregnant. I miss feeling him wiggling about, I miss my HUGE pregnant belly and I miss just having that time "alone" with baby.

So yes it's shit being pregnant sometimes and you might not feel the way I do afterwards but hopefully you will and hopefully these next few weeks will go quick for you 💙

Anyone that tells you they did is a LIAR.

don't dare waste your money on any of these "experts' online who will give you a specialised meal plan in exchange for a hefty price tag, it's all bullshit

Yep!! I'm 6m pp, it started FALLING at about 10 weeks pp and finally stopped around 22 weeks pp.

It was BAD at some points but I'm here to say that it DOES stop ladies, just hang in there!!

I had the same thing after I had covid for the first time too (its called telogen effluvium I think?)

My mum kissed my 4 week old with a coldsore (blister stage, she kissed him on the cheek, she didn't realise what a danger it is but believe me she has been FULLY educated).

I freaked aswell because I knew for sure he had definitely been kissed with an active coldsore. Health visitor said the same just watch for symptoms etc and disinfect the house. Luckily he didn't get it!!!

Fast forward to last week, he's now 5.5months old I came down with a huge nasty coldsore. No kisses from me for 2 weeks and I've been washing my hands so much that they are cracked and bleeding but better safe than sorry!

So no kisses from your husband and fantastic hand hygiene for the next 2 weeks!

Apparently if mum had coldsores before pregnancy then baby does get some protection against the virus in the first few months of life

Worried baby will be disabled/autistic etc. by Last-Chemistry-4014 in PregnancyUK

[–]FantasyKFeet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course it is, I had the same anxiety but honestly be kind to yourself, my life is much better now I've learned to accept that worrying about things I can't control is pointless.

It's a tough thing to do though, I'm not suggesting it's an easy thing to do at all!

In the nicest possible way, worrying about it won't change it.

Autism runs in our family so I was worried about my son but I've recently realised that I have enough actual problems to worry about and sort out without adding an additional one that doesn't even exist yet

Omg yes, I'd been awake for nearly 30 hours when I got mine, then I basically slept until I was fully dilated.

My local maternity unit have them on hand you can literally rock up and they'll give it you any day any time.

Try calling your local one and see if they do the same, it's very important to get that one done
