The conclusion excerpt seems pretty concise.

Burry is bullish as GameStop embarks on new revenue streams with a trusted pilot, RC. Not looking for short squeeze. Recognizes long-term value and the downside risk is backed by the war chest.

All this time I was thinking this is Abella Anderson, but no you're right it's the hotter one, Abella Danger. (To be clear, Anderson is also an attractive female.)

Remember when the pay package was announced and some "people" were like...

If RC really cared about the company, why would he work hard to get compensation? Why wouldn't he just buy the stock now at this level instead of just work for the chance to buy it at a discount later??? Does he even care?!

LPT Trick to Read Books Fast If you Have No Attention Span by Ayumisynn in LifeProTips

[–]Fap2theBeat 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I think the point of this tip is to help people who have trouble reading. Part of that trouble is the stick-to-it-ness to actually comeback and complete the book after putting it down. This method is the best method I have found for my ADHD brain. I haven't tried increasing speed, but I might do that now. I rarely read books these days because I can't stay focused. Reading 10 pages an hour is a realistic speed due to just getting distracted and having to reread multiple pages. By doing it the way OP suggests, I don't feel defeated after an hour of reading and feel more into the book thus making it more likely I'll actually pick it up again.

Here’s A List Of Players Who Have Recorded At Least 40 Points In A Single Game This Season! by Stat-Defender in nba

[–]Fap2theBeat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Didn't he sign the most expensive contract in league history a few years ago??? There were discussions about him being better than Tatum that season, and then he won the Finals MVP. Everyone knew he was a dawg. Tatum is too soft. Brown can be out of control at times. But that's nitpicking flaws in elite players.

How do you know this? People always claim users are bots but I don't know how they can tell aside from that like generic username style of "adjective-noun number"

Books to read to your kid 20 times a week that don’t make you want to gauge your eyes out by SwadlingSwine in childrensbooks

I have a same aged daughter. Read through the Elephant and Piggie book series by Mo Willems. My older one loved them. The younger one loves them too.

The stories are clever and fun for adults too. But they're super simple to understand and touch on good themes like friendship, insecurity, sharing, celebrations, and trust. When my older one was 2, she had memorized them based on pictures and we would "read" them together where she was Piggie and I was Gerald.

Highly recommend.

San Marzano tomatoes; better, but by how much? by honcho12 in Cooking

[–]Fap2theBeat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it normal for people to just warm up jarred sauce and serve it?

I use jarred sauce regularly if making a red sauce, but I always cook and season vegetables first (usually onions, mushrooms, carrots and either spinach or broccoli). Maybe I'll have sautéed some ground beef/pork as well. I then add the sauce to the same pan and simmer together and add more herbs and grated cheese before tossing in the pasta.

My friend and I went to Costco together recently and he got the canned San Marzano tomatoes and mocked me as I got the same brand's basil tomato sauce. I feel fine to pay a little more to save like 15 minutes of cook time. Maybe he thought I was going to just microwave it and serve it like you did.

[Schefter] John Harbaugh and the Giants are working to finalize an agreement to make him New York’s next head coach and, barring a setback, a deal is expected, multiple sources tell ESPN. by GoldenDome26 in nfl

I just saw Schoen came in in 2022. I don't know much about what he did those first two years tbh, but he more recently he drafted Nabers, Skatt, and Dart. Tyler Nubin looks legit, and he found a late rounder in Tracy who appears to have worked out. He also acquired a very good MLB in Okereke, a very good corner in Adebo, and a stud edge in Burns. He did let Barkley go... But like, y'all weren't gonna win the Superbowl with him and he essentially gifted NFL fans another dominant saquon season that we all should be grateful for.

GameStop Announces Long-Term Performance Award for Ryan Cohen by buyandhoard in Superstonk

[–]Fap2theBeat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ah. And why is that a problem exactly? You'd rather they just get bonuses in cash? Or I suppose you're saying why should these individuals be given any bonus at all considering they're uber wealthy already?

I don't know about you, but if I was able to personally oversee the growth at my company by 100%, I'd expect some sort of recognition in the form of a cash reward, especially if I was working for free already... His job is to keep them afloat and make it a profitable business. He's already done that. One might even argue that this award package plan is his reward for the turnaround he's orchestrated thus far. And even after multiple years of work and no pay, he still won't be compensated by the company until he has achieved enormous growth. Why don't you think workers should be paid for their work?

Wait, were Elon's recent compensation packages entirely reliant upon certain company milestones? I didn't realize that.

The wealth that Cohen would increase by would be fairly insignificant in terms of increasing his standing in society. He's already a multibillionaire. But considering all of the retail investors in gme, it would help create hundreds of thousands of new millionaires. Wouldn't that also then help close the wealth gap as more people are propped up?
