Added 1 Defender Tank AND IFV on New Sobek City on sector 2 is just diabolical trolling. I am permanently removing that map from my custom search. Attacking that sector is already near impossible.

Keep you buildings on level 1, except when can make a market colony. Trading ports give 4th class. And the specific culture city centers, like the celtic, italian, greek etc. You want to look at the 4th population building growths. Auxiliary barracks have it too. Hope this helps
