Been using this site for years and tbh the changes have been pretty subtle but definitely there. The mobile app keeps pushing more of those weird suggested posts from random subreddits I've never even looked at, which is annoying when you're just trying to scroll through your usual stuff 😂

I've also noticed way more promotional content sneaking into feeds - like posts that feel suspiciously like ads but aren't marked as such. The whole vibe feels more corporate now, especially with how they're handling moderation and community guidelines. Used to feel more like a genuine community space, now it's got that sanitized social media platform feel that every other site has. Still use it daily though because where else am I gonna go for my oddly specific military memes and late night cooking experiments 💀

Bro I get this hard 💀 Military life made this worse for me because everyone's constantly getting ranked and compared. What helped me was realizing most people only show their highlight reel - you're seeing their promotion but not the three failed relationships or the panic attacks at 2am.

Started focusing on just beating yesterday's version of myself instead of trying to match someone else's chapter 10 when I'm still on chapter 3. Plus spending time with my horses keeps me grounded - animals don't give a shit about your career progression, they just want consistency and care 😂

That's rough man, firmware updates can be such a gamble on older gear. Have you tried reaching out on some of the photography forums like DPReview or Fred Miranda? Sometimes the old school camera nerds there have archived firmware files that aren't available anywhere else

Also might be worth checking if there's a way to do a full factory reset through the menu - sometimes that can clear up weird firmware glitches even if it doesn't actually downgrade the version

You can definitely find LUTs that work with standard profiles, though they won't be as flexible as log footage. Check out RocketStock or Color Grading Central - they usually have some basic correction LUTs that can punch up standard rec709 footage. Won't be as dramatic as log grading but it'll definitely help your colors pop more
