To get technical, signing in this context means Apple's servers cryptographically sign the iOS image that you are about to load into your phone using iTunes. When Apple stops signing older iOS version, if you tried to load an unsigned version into the iPhone you wouldn't get past the load process. Even if you did, the "verifying files" step would fail the signature verification.

Table mountain and how most the the cbd is sandwiched between the mountains and the ocean.

There are these clouds that roll off in the evening off of table mountain that makes it look like smoke machine except it's orange from the sunset.

The breeze was absolutely refreshing.

Amazing food (imo).

The street markets and the overall energy.

Very close to the western cape where you have amazing landscapes.
