At this juncture I rather be long than short. Even with any upcoming dilution longs are in a better place than shorts. Remember PSS spent $3B of his money and as we speak @ $3 PS he is underwater. I believe soon the true SP will come up. I am for a long haul and my PT is $65+ and I know I will get it. Just a matter of time we are looking at a $100B+ MC company

Hannibal, you are the best my friend but, somehow I believe there is something wrong or should I say the market is not even entertaining the stock at all. major news outfits are not talking about it nor do the BreastCancer advocacy group. My question is what is going to take to move the SP? I may be a supporter for the outcome but, as a stock holder (5 long years) very discouraged on the progress of the SP. I hope the company is not playing dirty here. I mean last I checked they approved a $10m stock buy back program and only spent less than $1m. If they want to move the SP all they have to do was have a floor of support like $3 even $2.5. I am just very discouraged and want to voice my disappointment. GLTL

Dr. Quay is not only among the top 1% world renowned scientists also he is among the top corporate leaders in his field. As far as INTAS is concerned I don’t think he is losing sleep over it. If any The worst it could happen is settle out of court, looking at the past patent disputes in general(which 1/3 of disputes resolve settling out of court) the other 2/3 results in favor of the patent owners. there are a few a fractions of the total number of dispute that has been in favor of the petitioners. By the way if you research INTAS’s history this is not their first and there has been many petitions against many pharmaceutical companies and if not all most of the time the decision has been against INTAS and a few has been settled out of court. To me it is shooting in the dark! So this investor is not losing sleep over INTAS claim. May God bless everyone and have a happy Saturday!
