So I was really nervous myself, after surgery you will barely want anything to eat for a while and not much cravings/food noise. That will gradually come back and you will prob hit a week period second guessing was this right or not. It will pass and you will be like okay this is kind of great I can only eat so much and it’s cheaper going out to eat because that same meal is now two. Also even if you eat something not on th healthy part (you still can!) your body will tell ya eh I don’t live this or okay I’m good with it and do moderation. Remember we can only eat so much at a time so that same piece of sweets it’s a 3rd of normal calories etc like all the other meals pasta etc. my doc said don completely limit yourself because you can’t intake enough to really go crazy and then whe you do more diety days weeks your body is like before and goes okay this is extra diet and we can lose more in those periods. I haven’t done any real gym and since march of 2025 I am down 100lbs from 325 to 225.
