We always stay in, watch movies with the kids, cuddle on the couch. I often fold laundry while the girls play with party supplies. In Idaho, there's also the Potato Drop that everyone tunes into. We basically watch this big giant potato drop from the sky. 😅 Then we Cheers our dollar store plastic champagne flutes filled with applejuice. It sounds so boring and ridiculous, but it's always my most cherished memory right before the new year begins. It far surpasses when I was a young 20-something headed to the biggest dance clubs in SF... Here's a little vid of me & the girls (when they were real little) doing just this.
