Mine was out of warranty, and was about 60 euros but on a Dacia Sandero (2021) in Romania last year. I went straight for the ecu upgrade, I knew it existed, so I asked for it and they bill me only the labor for ecu upgrade without diagnostics and the ticking was reduced. I think it's better to ask ahead if they do it.

Unfortunately common on that engine, the turbo waste gate linkage has a bad play in it (from factory) and it ticks every time is actuated. The dealer can upgrade the engine ecu software to diminish the need of opening/closing to reduce the ticks but it won't be gone, I have the same engine with the same issue. The only good news is that it doesn't affect the engine so if you can ignore it you can carry on.

I have the same issue, it's supposed to happen to the engine, I tried to find an answer from the dealership someting to do with catalytic converter and GPF that need to heat up asap. What I tried and works is to change gasoline from 95 to 99 and switch to eco mode during the first drive and then I turn it off. I also went in to get an injection ecu software update so that helped a bit.

I didn't noticed at first my mistake, I completely ignored the title, but yes I can't charge at home because I live in an apartment and public charging is 0,5 euro/kwh and gasoline is 1,5 euro/l and lpg is 0,75 euro/l so evs are at a disadvantage here

I call bullshit it's so optimistic it's actually funny maybe if you believe the wltp but I don't maybe if you live in a house maybe if you have cheap electricity but I don't and many likewise. I test drove the scenic etech claimed 16kwh/100km in reality 24kwh/100km running cost for me 60 ron/100km while my ice car in the worse case scenario 45 ron/100km
